November 2024 Luncheon

Registration

  • Turkey Dinner, Dressing, Gravy, Veggie, and Bread.
  • Cobb Salad with Chicken and Bacon.
  • Set ups include place setting, dessert, and beverage.

Program: Healthy Habits with Karen Roof/Chair Exercises and Understanding food labels

Entree:Turkey Dinner, Dressing, Gravy, Veggie, and Bread.

Salad: Cobb Salad with Chicken and Bacon.

All meals include dessert and coffee, tea or water. 

Setups include place setting, dessert, and beverage.

When Reviewing and Confirming your reservation:

'Invoice Me' - means pay at the door

'Pay online' - will need your credit card to pay now

Our luncheon starts at 10:30, doors open at 9:45 to check-in with reservations (we encourage you to come at 9:45 to meet new friends).
